WEDDING RECEPTION PLANNING
(For a "Traditional Wedding Reception - "Detailed" Timeline, hit [RETURN]" and select that option.)
ASSUMPTIONS:
-
Assumes a "Traditional" Wedding reception timeline: A "Cocktail Hour" and a four hour reception (5 hrs of music).
-
Assumes you have an event "Coordinator", or someone you are using (other than the DJ to monitor the pace of the event and/or to give cues as to the timing of the various activities that occur.
-
I have two wireless mics. This allows the wedding couple, the wedding party, the coordinator, and/or myself, to make announcements, make toasts fand direct activities. If you have a coordinator, this responsibility will fall on his/her shoulders. Otherwise, I will assist you as best I can, in making those Key-point announcements.
-
Assumes the event is occurring in my "hometown" radius, that is, I'm not looking at significant traveling costs.
